During the fall semester of 2020, I along with four other group members were tasked with producing a comprehensive digital marketing plan for this business. With extensive research into the demographics of the customers, along with ways to introduce a loyalty program, promotional texts and emails, and an in-depth plan on how and when to release these new features. This was a semester-long project looking at a small regional cookie store and cookie dough distributor. We were tasked with seeing if expanding the cookie dough distribution from restaurants to individual households was a viable and profitable option. We had to deal with the ever-changing Covid-19 impacts which drastically changed our numbers and the end verdict for the project. Linked will be a sample of this project work

I along with my group are tasked with introducing a new product line for an existing company.
